As a Hub Manager you will provide overall leadership, planning, development and management of the Detroit Hub operation.  You will ensure efficient and effective operation of the facility. Maintain constant focus on the metrics supporting safety, operational performance and unit cost, quality, and delivery requirements as well as leading efforts to improve any metric not meeting expectations.     Qualified candidates will have 4 - 7 years of experience, with increasing responsibilities for management of more complex and broad projects, High School Diploma or equivalent., Strong general business knowledge Excellent ability to summarize problems, data and articulate recommended solutions, Basic computer skills required, to include proficiency in MS Office products, Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical, time management and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to multitask, At least 3 years experience in ground operations, as well as a minimum of 3 years experience managing people.
