Student Discount
Avjobs offers a student
discount designed to ease
the transition from the
classroom to an aviation
career. The program
provides eligible participants
with an extended free service
period added to the end
of an existing accounts'
regular billing cycle.
The extended free period
is determined by the program
you attend and normally
includes nine (9) to twelve
(12) months of additional
service at no charge.

FAQ’s and Common
Questions
How do I know if I’m
eligible if I don’t attend
a university but I am a
student?
All aviation students
from all aviation related
study programs qualify.
The qualifying factor is
that your course of study
and/or program is aviation
related. The program
is open to currently enrolled
students and students who
have completed their course
of study within the last
year (365 days).
What if I find a job,
can I cancel my service?
Yes, you may cancel at
any time. This program
simply extends your subscription
by adding a free period
to your paid account.
Why do you ask for a
valid credit card?
While all eligible participants
receive an extended free
service period added to
an existing account, the
account reverts back to
its regular billing terms
at the end of the free period.
All account types automatically
renew to ensure account
continuity so you'll need
to log in and use the self
cancellation process before
the last day of your free
period to avoid renewal.

aviation employees and allow
the industry to recapture
quality talent. The
program provides eligible
participants with an extended
free service period added
to the end of an existing
accounts' regular billing
cycle. The extended
free period is normally
six (6) months of additional
service. If you have
been laid off, displaced
or furloughed, you may be
eligible for an additional
six (6) months free service
on your existing account.

FAQ’s and Common
Questions
I just received my severance
letter and will lose my
job in 60 days, am I still
eligible?
Generally, applicants
are not eligible for the
Cares Discount until they
are officially unemployed.
However, if you sign up
today, you can start searching
and applying for jobs immediately.
The day you are no longer
employed, you become eligible
for the Cares Discount and
can send in the qualifying
documentation for processing.
My company told me they
no longer needed me, but
didn’t give me a letter,
can I still qualify?
Depending on your separation
whether it be layoff, furlough,
terminations, closures,
downsizing, mergers, or
bankruptcy, you should receive
notice. If you did not,
contact your previous employer
and request documentation in
writing.
I’m a contract employee,
am I able to take advantage
of this discount?
In order to receive the
Cares Discount you have
to be unemployed through
no fault of your own. If
you quit your job you are
voluntarily unemployed
and are ineligible to receive
the Cares Discount. If advance
notice of separation is
known and agreed upon such
as contact positions, early
retirement, or resignation,
you would not be able to
take advantage of this discount.

What if I’m getting out
in three months, but want
to start looking for a job
now?
Generally, applicants are not eligible for the Military Discount until they are officially discharged.
However, if you sign up today, you can start searching and applying for jobs immediately. The day you are
discharged, you become eligible for the Military Discount and can send in the qualifying documentation for
processing.
What if I’m in the reserves
but need to look for a job
when I’m not on duty?
You should definitely
check out our services,
but we cannot offer you
free service without a copy
of your DD214.
What if I was released
from a foreign military,
am I still eligible?
At this time, this discount
extends to United States
Armed Forces only.

Rules
We know you'll have access to tons of great jobs during your
first 6 months of service with us. But, if you don't find the right
job during that time, we'll give you an
ADDITIONAL 6 months
to continue your search and help employers find you. Check out the
rules, then get out there and
start working today!
- Under the Avjobs.com 6 Month Guarantee Program, (the
"Guarantee Program" or the "Program") if you don't find the job
you're looking for during a qualifying six-month paid
subscription to the Avjobs.com service, we'll give you an
additional six-month subscription (the "Guarantee Extension") to
the Avjobs.com service at no additional expense. See Avjobs.com
Subscriber Agreement for details regarding the Avjobs.com
service and use of the Avjobs.com website.
- The Guarantee Program is available for a limited time only,
and open to anyone not currently participating in the Program.
Additionally, to be eligible for the Program and the Guarantee
Extension, you must:
(1) Comply at all times with the Avjobs.com
Subscriber Agreement. By using the Avjobs.com website and
participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the
Avjobs.com Subscriber Agreement.
(2) Pay in full the applicable rate for a six month
subscription
to the Avjobs.com service (the "Guarantee Program
Subscription"). The Guarantee Program Subscription consists of
five consecutive 30-day periods followed by a final period of 33
days, all of which are referred to as a "Month" in these Program
rules. If you are enjoying the benefits of a different
subscription type to the Avjobs.com service, your Guarantee
Program Subscription will not begin until your different
subscription type period ends. All 6 of your consecutive monthly
subscription periods must be paid at the full Month-to-Month
subscription rate in effect at the time of your 6 Month
Guarantee Program enrollment. Subscription must be active and in
good standing at the time of request. Limit 1 discount/rebate
per name, address or household in any consecutive 12 month
period.
(3) Use your Avjobs.com Applicant Portal Subscription to
complete and maintain a truthful Avjobs.com profile with our
online job application and keep it visible to registered
employers and hiring managers at all times. Your profile and
online job application must be submitted and approved by
Avjobs.com within the first seven days of your Guarantee Program
Subscription in order for you to be eligible for the Guarantee
Program.
(4) Keep your profile with online job application visible at all
times during your Guarantee Program Subscription.
(5) Communicate about employment opportunities during your
Guarantee Program Subscription with Avjobs.com employers with
whom you have not previously communicated during your Guarantee
Program Subscription ("Unique Avjobs.com Employers").
(6) Apply for at least 5 jobs each month, respond to, and
send "Qualifying Employment Inquiries via Email" to a minimum of
five Unique Avjobs.com Employers each Month during your
Guarantee Program Subscription. A "Qualifying Employment
Inquiry via Email" may be either one you send to a Unique
Avjobs.com Employer who has not yet emailed you or an email
response you send to a Unique Avjobs.com Employer who has
emailed you. A "Qualifying Employment Inquiry via Email" must be
an email sent through the Avjobs.com service and does not
include any other method of communicating (such as alternate
email accounts, Avjobs.com Instant Messaging or emails sent
outside of the Avjobs.com system).
- Progress toward eligibility for the Guarantee Extension may
be determined at any time during a Guarantee Program
Subscription by visiting the progress page associated with such
Guarantee Program Subscription (the "Guarantee Program Progress
Page"). If, during the last seven days of a Guarantee Program
Subscription, you are eligible for a Guarantee Extension (and
have not found that "perfect job"), you may accept the Guarantee
Extension by affirming on the Guarantee Program Progress Page
that you have not been hired during your Guarantee Program
Subscription. Please see the
Subscriber Agreement for further information. You may also
contact
Customer
Care
with any questions related to the Avjobs.com service or the
Program. Avjobs.com alone will make all decisions under these
Program rules regarding Program policies, including but not
limited to Program and Guarantee Extension eligibility.
- Customers eligible to receive a Guarantee Extension will not
receive a refund, money or any other thing of value as a
substitute for the Guarantee Extension. The Guarantee Extension
may only be used by the purchaser of the Guarantee Program
Subscription, and the Guarantee Extension may not be sold or
transferred in any way.
- Guarantee Program Subscriptions which do not result in a
Guarantee Extension (due to ineligibility of the subscriber or
failure of the subscriber to accept the Guarantee Extension)
will automatically be renewed at the current subscription rate
in effect at the time of renewal. Accounts that do result in in
a Guarantee Extension will automatically be renewed at the
subscription rate in effect at the time of the Guarantee
Extension expiration. It is the subscribers responsibility to
cancel the account and the subscriber is responsible for all
charges and payments while the account remains open. See

subscriptions and charges on your billing account.
- The Avjobs.com Subscriber Agreement and the Avjobs.com
Guarantee Program Rules are subject to change by Avjobs.com at
any time, effective upon posting on the Avjobs.com website, and
your use of the Avjobs.com service and your initial or continued
participation in the Avjobs.com Guarantee Program after such
posting will constitute acceptance by you of such changes.
Avjobs.com reserves all rights to modify, suspend or cancel the
Program at any time and without notice.
