Is there a setup fee?
Nope, there is no setup fee for any of our paid plans.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yep, we require a credit card to sign up to ensure account continuity and a successful recruiting campaign. However, if you are purchasing an annual enterprise subscription, billing options are available. Pay on our secure server with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB.
Is the registration process secure?
Yep, we use a thawte SSL123 Certificate and provide secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site during the registration process. You can view the details of the certificate and check its validity by clicking the SSL image during the registration process.
When do I get billed?
Avjobs services are sold on a subscription basis and are automatically charged to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period.
How do I get a receipt for a purchase that I have made on Avjobs?
Receipts are automatically sent by email once your order has been processed. You can request a copy of a receipt or invoice by contacting our customer service team at 303-683-2322.
Do you offer trials?
Nope, but you can experience the value of Avjobs by selecting our monthly enterprise subscription. Cancel within thirty days, and you’ll only be charged for the current month. Let your Avjobs account manager guide you through our system and ensure you get the maximum benefits.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You must notify Avjobs of your intent to cancel before your bill date by phone @ 303-683-2322. All cancellations are confirmed in writing. All advertising product/service sales are final, no refunds.
What is your refund policy?
Avjobs is a non-refundable pre-paid service. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable advertising and information services we do not issue refunds once the product or service is delivered.

Do I receive a login when I purchase a classified posting?
Nope. Classified postings are a great way to post your jobs and generate applicant response without sourcing resumes or creating an account. You'll still receive applicant resumes but login information is not included with classified postings.
Can I update or
edit my classified posting?
Sure. Avjobs representatives are always available to assist with any questions or changes to your postings. Call us with your changes at 303-683-2322 or email support @ avjobs.com and we'll do it for you and even send you a revised copy of your posting with the changes.
If I fill a position, can I use time left on my job posting for a new job?
Sorry, classified postings are only valid for the original job/position that was entered when you completed the posting process. You cannot substitute jobs.
Do you have job descriptions I can reference?
Yep. We have thousands job descriptions available for reference to all Enterprise subscribers. Use the samples to help write your job description and improve your job posting results.
Do you provide training or personal help?
Yep. When you purchase anything with Avjobs, a personal account manager is assigned. Your account manager will contact you to introduce themselves, and talk to you about your hiring needs. With Enterprise acounts we even introduce you to the system with a personalized product "walk through". Your initial product walk through insures you know how the product works, up close and personal using your own data (if you choose).
Will I be able to see all candidates that apply to my job posting?
Yep. There are two options to manage the candidates that apply to your job. An Enterprise account provides you with a reporting section to manage all of the candidates that apply to your job using their Avjobs account. You can also receive an email notification that a candidate has applied to your job including a copy of their resume. Of course it depends on the contact method that you select for the job and any special application instructions you provide.
How many users can access the product?
Avjobs services are licensed and billed on a named user basis. When you buy an Enterprise account, you are purchasing access to the product for a single named user (account). If you require access for multiple users, please select the Enterprise Subscription - Annual Billing, Multi User License. This selection includes up to ten (10) named user accounts with full unlimited access.
Can I add additional named user licenses?
Yep. In our efforts to protect applicants and their personal information, and in accordance with our licensing policy, each person with access to your Enterprise account must complete our Non-Disclosure Agreement as a part of the registration process. A unique user name and password is assigned to each user in your account group. You can purchase additional user licenses online from within your account or contact an Avjobs Sales Representative to have additional users added to your account.
Can I search resumes?
Yep. All Enterprise accounts include unlimited resume search capabilities. Source as many applicant resumes as you need to match the perfect candidate to your job openings. Our aviation specific resume format is easy to read and offers direct viewing and printing of resumes, short bios and profiles. You can even save prospective applicant resumes using your "Resume Cart" for future retrieval and evaluation.
