Aviation School Head-Chief Pilot Duties

A soon to be established flight school in Oman wishes to recruit a Principal/Chief pilot.
He/She shall be responsible for the planning of the school setting curriculum to JAA standards- leadership of the management team and overall supervision of the day-to-day activities of the school. Excellent emoluments package including airfares-furnished accommodation- transport- medical facilities etc. This will be a green field project and we are looking for a person with dynamism - motivation.
Qualifications: A current - un-restricted professional pilot's licence and an instructor rating. Must hold current commercial flying instructor rating for all aircraft to be used in the school. Atleast 3000 hrs PIC.
