Requirements

I. Position Summary:

The Investigator conducts detailed inquiries of incidents significant events and possible breach of rules and regulations that have an impact on JetBlue Airways operations.

II. Essential Functions

• Conduct field and corporate investigations throughout the JetBlue system
• Generate concise investigative reports which include the facts and circumstances of incidents within the purview of the responsibility of the Security Department
• Conduct in-depth interviews of Crewmembers business partners Customers and outside entities as required
• Gather and organize facts and data with emphasis placed upon confidentiality chain of custody and the safeguarding of evidence
